Anti-Fake Sign Engraver for Stock Lenses —— TSL-80

Based on the deep UV engraver for molds, Toplens recently introduced a new type of deep UV engraver TSL-80 for anti-fake sign engraving on stock lenses. It replaced the traditional production mode of engraving stock lenses with acid corrosion, providing the operators with healthier working conditions and at the meanwhile contributing to the protection of our environment. 


TSL-80 is operated manually, but an auto-operation mode using a robotic arm is also available. Its engraving range is able to reach a maximum of φ15mm, and it can be used to engrave companies' trade marks and anti-fake information on coated lenses, which would prevent product counterfeit significantly.


Since TSL-80 utilizes cold deep UV laser with a special wavelength, the further usage or life cycle of the lens coating will not be affected after the engraving.
